Moxom in South Africa

We're the official Moxom storefront for South Africa. That means local stock, local prices in Rand, and a local team you can actually reach, no importing, no waiting weeks for a parcel from overseas, and no wondering whether your warranty means anything.

We ship from our warehouse at 103 Industrial Road, Amalgam, Johannesburg. Order before 1pm on a business day and it goes out the same day, and shipping is free on orders over R500.

If something goes wrong

Every Moxom product we sell carries a 1 year warranty. If a charger stops charging or a cable gives up, email sales@moxom.co.za or call 071 769 6341 with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund. No runaround, no shipping it to another country.

You've also got 30 days to return anything unused if you simply changed your mind.
