How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days of dispatch, anywhere in South Africa. Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take a few days longer.

Orders placed and paid before 13:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number from The Courier Guy, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Please note

  • Make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. The courier may call you before delivering.

  • If nobody is home, The Courier Guy will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

  • Peak times such as Black Friday and the festive season can add 1–2 days to delivery.
