Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moxom South Africa. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and products that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
